2021 Animation film
This project started from a WhatsApp audio message in which a friend (Zoé Philipona) tells a story she invented on the spot. The spontaneous and natural character of the narration charmed me, so I decided to illustrate it in animation.
It is a frame-by-frame animation created on Adobe Animate using a tablet with a stop motion ending made by Michaela Guo. I enjoy working manually with a slow frame rate because I find the result expressive and poetic.
